Picture Bus SMS Notifications

Messaging Program Description

Picture Bus sends SMS messages to customers who have opted in. Messages are sent for two products:

Memories Delivered — photo upload reminders on your chosen schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), order confirmations, and delivery notifications.
Memories Collected — photo upload reminders throughout your subscription period for building a photo album, star/hero-photo selection confirmations, cap and renewal notifications, and order confirmations.

Picture Bus also sends one-time passcodes (OTP) for account login verification at thepicturebus.com.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your selected upload schedule (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and is recurring for the duration of your active subscription. You will also receive occasional transactional messages such as OTP codes and order confirmations.

How to Opt In

You opt in to Picture Bus SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox during checkout at thepicturebus.com. By checking that box you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number provided, and that you agree to receive SMS messages from Picture Bus.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all Picture Bus text messages. You will receive a confirmation that your number has been removed. After opting out, you will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.
